Bicentennial Commemorative Medallion

Price: $3.50

This year’s bicentennial celebration will be an historic event, and like any significant event in our lives, people like having a physical token to remind them of the experience. Just as we take pictures of ourselves on pilgrimage, not because we don’t know what we look like, but because a photo becomes a physical anchor to connect us to our own history, these beautiful commemorative medallions will be a keepsake you will treasure for decades. Years from now, you or your great-great grandchildren will look at this medal and know that YOU were here, AND a Baha’i at this important milestone in the history of the Faith.

Our second-largest coin to date, it is a full 1.5 inches across and plated in 24 carat gold with a lustrous satin finish over light but durable zinc.  We have priced these in hopes that communities will purchase one for everyone who attends their local commemoration.  Please don’t wait until the last minute. I only ordered 1000, and if I have to reprint them, it could take a full month. So plan ahead and order by September 19th if you can.

Side one highlights the birth of Baha'u'llah, while side two highlights the birth of the Bab, so this same coin can be used two years from now if you end up with extras.

The ten quantity comes in a single beaded gold sheer fabric bag, and the forty-quantity comes in a lovely bag that is sheer on one side and velvet on the other. If you would like to be able to put them in individual satin pouches as gifts, they can be purchase here

For special guests and dignitaries, consider our limited edition deluxe commemorative medallion issued specifically for the Birth of Baha'u'llah.

Note: Due to the timely nature of this product, it cannot be returned after October 1st 2017.
